I had written about my Real Estate Team and how they make me better by challenging the status quo and keeping me accountable. I also have a SECOND Team that is equally responsible for my success. Notice I did not say Second String Team. My Second Team are all A+ Members of my team. They are the people who I learn from, get advice from and who help me to solve problems.
My Second Team are my resource partners. They are my Attorneys, 
Mortgage Professionals, my Tradespeople, Building Inspectors, Social Media Consultants, Computer Technicians, CPAs, Financial Planner, and Credit Counsellors. And the list goes on and on. They back me up and make me look good. It has literally taken YEARS to establish these relationships and is one of the major things that sets me apart from my competition. If I have a problem or question, I know who to call to get answers.
When I have questions about why interest rates are going up, James Philipakos from Flagstar Bank will have a two hour breakfast (at Chick fil A of course) to talk through the duality of today’s market. If I need some rooms painted in a vacant house, Laszlo Nagy from ALaszlo Painting, quoted the job on Saturday and the job was completed that Monday. Pat Brady of B+B Home Renovations and Repairs made 4 trips to the same vacant home to assess and repair a small water leak. You try to get a contractor to even return a phone call. My people are there in a flash. When I needed strategy for my social media posts, both Sharon Gialo (SPG Productions) and Jon Dupree from Calibrate Marketing and Mentoring made time for me. When I have a question about whose fallen tree is it anyway, Attorney Dan Sahl gave me an immediate answer. When any of my clients, past, present or future needs mold remediation, a tree removed, needs to hock up a generator or countless other questions, I can text them my resource with confidence. These relationships are priceless.!!
